My Shop
The “My Shop Function” is a shop-in-shop system and makes it possible to map a very large number of individual online stores in one large system. Thus, tire dealers receive their own web store in the appropriate design within the Bohnenkamp e-commerce infrastructure. Through price structures and many other individual features, they can use the store in the store as their own sales and service tool for their customers.
NAV Connector
The connection between the WebConnector from TSO Data as the link between NAV/KatarGo and the web services and the basecom NAVConnector as the link between the web service and Magento opens up considerable advantages for Bohnenkamp AG. The full potential of the interaction is thus fully exploited.
Customer offers
Merchants have the ability to create customized offers for their customers through the Customer Offers feature. Quick order
The purpose of the quick order is to enable users to order their desired items quickly, easily and efficiently. For this purpose, users are offered two different options. On the one hand, the user can download an Excel template and fill it with the desired article numbers and quantities, or use the online form to directly add the products to the shopping cart and then order them.
Warranty processing
The Bohnenkamp online store offers its customers the possibility to handle warranty claims online. For this purpose, the user is provided with an overview of all open or dispatched warranty claims with their respective statuses. The customer can also create a new warranty claim via an online form, in which he can also upload pictures of the case, among other things, and send them to Bohnenkamp AG.
Other services
The online store has numerous other functions that help customers make the right item selection even before the purchase process. Thus, the system not only offers a tool for dual or outer tires, but also functions for advance calculation, for example, to obtain the right rear tires for the right front tires for all-wheel-drive tractors.
